Our company, the APLICATOR PLAST LTD, has been manufacturing and trading polyethylene film since its foundation in 2004, on its 11000 m2 premises in Monor.
Our main activities are the production of plastic hoses, half hoses, pillow bags, bags, construction films and the recycling of plastic packaging waste.
Our company’s reputation and market position is strengthened by meeting expectations and effective quality and environmental management, which is backed up by ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards since 2016.
The films are manufactured from 60 mm to 4400 mm width, in thicknesses from 10 to 200 microns, on 5 extruders. The further processing of hoses and half-hoses is carried out by 5 converting machines, 2 converting machines and 1 printing machine. The latter is used for the production of 6 individual colour prints.

Our environmental thinking helps reduce the amount of film waste going to landfill. Since 2008, we have been recycling 98% of our primary factory waste and 90-95% of the polyethylene packaging material we buy! We are committed to selective waste collection, including of course the recycling of polyethylene-based packaging.
Our employees, with years of experience and technical expertise, contribute to the long-term success of our business through their precise work. Since 2016, we have been operating according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
